Job summary

InDev is seeking a Senior ServiceNow AI Developer to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications and integrations that support homeland security mission outcomes. This role is hybrid in Ashburn, VA, with on-site presence one day per week and requires an active Top Secret or DHS clearance.

You will develop AI features using Virtual Agents and Now Assist within an Agile team. You’ll work hands-on across ITSM and adjacent modules, create scripts and flows, and integrate with enterprise

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Top Secret clearance and/or active DHS clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline or a minimum of three (3) years relevant specialized experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Must have experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
• Proven ability to design, configure, and implement complex ServiceNow modules, workflows, and business rules.
• Experience with Virtual Agent Designer configuring ServiceNow Virtual Agents.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and government stakeholders.

You’ll work hands-on across ITSM and adjacent modules, develop high-quality scripts and flows, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate within an Agile team to deliver secure solutions aligned with DHS standards and FedRAMP requirements.This role will also be responsible for developing AI features, leveraging ServiceNow Virtual Agents and Now Assist.
