Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the Application Integration team in Plano.

You will implement modules, integrations, and automation on the ServiceNow platform, with emphasis on AI features to improve efficiency and user experiences. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, delivering solutions across ITSM and enterprise integrations, providing post-implementation support, and staying compliant with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

Experience in ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles).
Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management).
Familiarity with multiple ServiceNow modules.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.).
Experience developing ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services).
Understanding of ITIL best practices.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
College or University degree in Management Information Systems or similar discipline.
3+ years of experience in software implementation projects.
Experience in software development; proficiency in various development environments, data structures, and systems.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada; no sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Work directly with business stakeholders, technology teams, and ServiceNow professionals to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.
Design and implement intelligent workflows using ServiceNow’s Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and GenAI features to automate routine tasks and enhance user experience.
Develop and integrate AI-powered digital agents (chatbots, virtual agents) for automated ticket triage, incident resolution, and knowledge management.
Leverage ServiceNow AI Agent Studio to build, test, and deploy agentic AI solutions that can reason, decide, and act on business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
Collaborate with Technology teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational needs.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions; follow best practices and ITIL frameworks.
Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhanced functionality.
Provide training and support to end users and junior team members as needed.
Be available to assist in emergencies.
Travel as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management or Department Head.
