Cinemark in Plano, TX is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Application Integration team. You will implement new modules, customize UI actions and business rules, and integrate with enterprise systems, leveraging AI and automation to improve operations.

Responsibilities include designing intelligent workflows, building AI-powered agents, and providing post-implementation support, with opportunities for growth and collaboration across Technology and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow modules and scripting.
Experience integrating REST and SOAP.
Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes.
Experience with AI/GenAI in ServiceNow.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Eligibility to work in the US or Canada; no sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
Design intelligent workflows using Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and GenAI features.
Develop AI-powered digital agents for automated ticket triage and knowledge management.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Assist with upgrades, patches, and training; create and maintain documentation.
