Cinemark is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the theater operations by implementing modules, integrations, and AI-driven automation on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve user experience.

The role emphasizes configuration, scripting, and leveraging GenAI features to streamline processes, with a focus on enterprise integrations and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles).
• Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management).
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.).
• Experience developing ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services).
• Understanding of ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, and automation to improve UX.
• Build AI-enabled workflows using Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and GenAI features.
