Qualifications

• Approximately one year of ServiceNow experience.
• Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow administration, configuration, or troubleshooting.
• Basic coding or scripting knowledge.
• Foundational ITIL understanding and familiarity with Agile/Kanban delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and follow assigned work through completion.
• Curiosity and a desire to grow toward ServiceNow engineering.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is expected or planned.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill ServiceNow service requests (access, configuration, data changes).
• Investigate incidents by gathering information, validating issues, assessing impact, and escalating when needed.
• Help users understand platform functionality and standard processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and process owners to deliver configuration changes and workflow improvements.
• Support testing, upgrades, patches, and security updates.
• Complete assigned development stories with guidance from engineers.
• Maintain documentation of changes, troubleshooting activities, and support procedures.
• Manage work within a shared Kanban backlog.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve service delivery.
