Job summary
Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to support our CPE ST3 contract in Orlando, FL in a hybrid role. The role includes configuring ServiceNow ITSM, maintaining the CMDB and integration with Power Platform and SharePoint Online, and collaborating with DevOps to deploy solutions for mission-focused IT operations.

Qualifications
- Hands-on enterprise experience with ServiceNow administration/configuration.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
- Experience configuring ITSM processes and operational troubleshooting.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances, users, groups, roles, ACLs, properties, plugins, update sets, and configurations.
- Configure ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Build and maintain catalog items, record producers, forms, lists, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, and Flow Designer automations.
- Collaborate with developers/DevOps to integrate ServiceNow with development tooling and Microsoft 365/Power Platform using REST APIs and connectors.
- Manage dev/test/prod activities, including update-set promotions, deployments, cloning, and release validation.
- Configure dashboards, reports, SLAs, data quality controls for visibility into development and operations.
- Support SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, permissions, workflows, and integrations; perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
