Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow modules like ITSM/HR/PM/CMDB.
• Strong understanding of Agile, backlog management, and product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
• Gather, define, and document requirements into user stories and specifications.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business needs and platform strategy.
• Collaborate with developers/administrators to design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow apps (ITSM, HR, PM, CMDB).
• Participate in sprint planning, testing, and release activities for high-quality delivery.
• Support governance by ensuring configurations follow best practices and standards.
• Monitor platform performance and user feedback for improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and coordinating resolutions with technical teams.
• Maintain documentation and support knowledge sharing for adoption and usability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business processes.
