Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Engineer for ServiceMax Asset360 architecture and Salesforce/ServiceMax development. You will drive full lifecycle implementations, balance multiple projects, and work with client executives to shape business and technical solutions.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of consulting experience and 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce.com implementation work across enterprise environments.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

The ServiceMax Asset360 Architect should be able to help drive the ServiceMax Asset360 implementation being done by TCS. He/she should help build solutions on Salesforce/ServiceMax that fully leverage standard out-of-the-box functionality as well as custom solutions where appropriate with the goal of keeping the platform as standard and scalable as possible. He/she should have excellent understanding of Salesforce/ServiceMax platform configuration and development. He/she should also possess strong communication and influence skills to discuss,

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver full lifecycle ServiceMax Asset 360 implementations from inception to roll-out with the ability to lead and manage developers (internal, partner, and clients) while being ready to roll-up your sleeves and be hands on when necessary.
• Work with client business users and IT executives to identify and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the client's business needs
• Support clients with Integrations using common middleware tools and standard SFDC components
• Support clients and internal consultants with master data management best practices
• Develop documentation (Business Requirements, Solution Design Documentation, Technical Design Documentation, Support Documentation, Architecture Diagrams)
• Translate complex technical issues into terms that can be understood by business users and Executive Sponsor
• Balance and prioritize multiple concurrent projects with minimal input from management
• Estimate technical project components taking client infrastructure and project methodology into account
• Drives ServiceMax Asset 360 enhancements to ServiceMax Asset 360 Methodology, Process, and Product
• Experience in ServiceMax Asset 360 project is essential.
• 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• 3+ years of hands on technical experience with Salesforce.com implementation with a minimum of 5 enterprise level technology projects

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Able to guide & help the team for successful delivery of ServiceMax engagements.

Experience working in a Global delivery environment, preferably in client facing roles and representing remotely located teams.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 per year
