Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Nashville, TN seeks a Technical Lead to own End-to-End Salesforce program delivery. Lead data migrations, integrations, and custom development while guiding architecture, security, and release practices.

The role requires extensive Salesforce expertise, strong leadership, and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders in a global delivery model. Salary range reflects seniority and location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Minimum 5+ years experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation with over 300 users with integration with enterprise applications like Oracle, Sap etc.
• Minimum 1 complex data migration (i.e., ETL efforts) experience.
• Global delivery model experience.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g.,Informatica Cloud).
• Participation in each phase of Salesforce.com (e.g., requirements gathering, planning-analysis-design, architect-build-deploy, support).
• Demonstrated abilities: defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of all End to End technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
• Technical leadership, to include coaching and mentoring, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
• Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Salesforce.com related technology efforts.
• Assess Salesforce.com architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform.
• Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems.

• Serve as the primary customer-facing Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Salesforce support activities, governance, and escalations.
• Own stakeholder communications including status reports, service reviews, governance meetings, and executive updates.
• Ensure transparent and proactive communication with business and IT stakeholders.

Integration & Data Management Oversight

• Provide oversight for Salesforce integrations and DML-related activities critical to business operations.
• Assess downstream impacts and coordinate mitigation plans.

Risk Management & Proactive Monitoring

• Identify operational risks, capacity concerns, and potential business impacts proactively.
• Communicate mitigation plans and action items to stakeholders.

Automation & Innovation Initiatives

• Drive automation initiatives to reduce incident volume and improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and self-service capabilities.

Knowledge Management & Team Enablement

• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and maintain support documentation.
• Mentor team members and promote support best practices.

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 a year
