SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks a Salesforce ServiceMax Developer for a 6+ month engagement, 100% remote. The candidate must have 2+ years hands-on ServiceMax experience and be able to work within an agile DevOps environment.

You will develop, configure, customize, and integrate ServiceMax solutions on the Salesforce platform, covering SDLC stages. Strong communication and collaboration with the ServiceMax team are essential.

Competenze

• 2+ years in ServiceMax development and configuration.
• 8+ years Salesforce experience in total.
• 3+ years in Agile and DevOps.
• Experience with custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components.
• Apex programming on Salesforce/ServiceMax.
• Experience with data feeds to/from SAP and ETL tools.
• Administration: security models, sharing rules, reports/dashboards, sandboxes.
• Territory assignment and role hierarchy experience.

Salesforce ServiceMax Developer - 6+ months - 100% remote(High Priority)

Note: ServiceMax is an app add on for Salesforce. The candidate must be hands on with ServiceMax for 2+ years and the job is 100% remote

Job Purpose

A ServiceMax developer that will develop, build, configure, customize, and integrate solutions based on the functional and technical specifications to meet quality and performance requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and written. They will work closely within the ServiceMax development team to design, develop and deliver scalable, extensible and sustainable solutions. The scope of work for this individual covers all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Essential Job Functions

• Develop, build, configure and unit test solutions from designs documentation
• Follow ServiceMax best practices and enforce data quality policies
• Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation
• Ensure compliance with security policies through Salesforce/ServiceMax profiles and permission sets
• Created new Salesforce/ServiceMax custom objects, assigned fields, designed page layouts, custom tabs and components
• Plan and conduct requirements gathering session with the business to collect functional and non-functional requirements relating to client's ServiceMax technology enhancement and initiatives
• Configured out of the box, custom reports and Einstein Analytics dashboards
• Perform all work to agreed time, cost and quality constraints
• Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented
• Oversee that unit test are executed to ensure they meet quality standards

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in ServiceMax
• Total 8+ years of experience in Salesforce technologies
• Minimum 3+ years in Agile and DevOps development
• Create SFMs, custom objects, workflows, triggers, flows, lightning components, Visualforce Pages, custom integrations, SOQL and SOSL queries and web services.
• Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce.com/ServiceMax platform, using Apex programming language.
• Work data feeds to and from SAP and other systems and other ETL tools.
• In-depth Knowledge of Salesforce/ServiceMax application administration; security models, sharing rules, standard/custom objects, Validation and workflow rules, reports/dashboards, and release management and sandbox environments
• Experience with Territory assignment, Role Hierarchy, and Sharing Rules
• Experience with Data Loader technologies
• In-depth Knowledge of Salesforce technologies such as Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Knowledge, and Com
