Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Denver is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist customers with questions, educate them on products and services, and manage the service journey from scheduling to payment.

You will serve as a liaison between customers and multiple departments, ensuring timely responses and accurate processing of orders and charges, while upholding service standards across locations.
