Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of maintenance, service writing, or related experience.
• Knowledge of transportation and diagnostic software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates repairs and schedules work for shop and field service personnel.
• Facilitates work orders and maintains efficient workflow.
• Communicates with customers to clarify service needs and provides accurate estimates.
• Tracks and monitors service progress to ensure efficiency.
• Prepares and maintains detailed records of service activities.
• Monitors driver vehicle inspection report write-ups at non-shop terminals and schedules repairs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinates with internal shops and outside vendors to schedule, approve, and expedite repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
• Runs daily and weekly preventative maintenance reports, scheduling routine maintenance to maintain equipment readiness.
