Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 5+ years of equipment maintenance experience, including 3+ years of management experience.
• Factory training and certification in engine diagnostic software.
• Knowledge of TMW transportation software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance shop staff across various shifts.
• Interviews candidates, trains new hires, and provides coaching to employees.
• Assists in setting shop goals for maintenance and safety programs.
• Oversees the management of parts, tires, and supply inventories.
• Instructs technicians on diagnostic tools and computer software for troubleshooting equipment.
• Ensures technicians use proper preventative maintenance and repair practices on equipment.
• Manages approvals and payment processing for internal and external orders.
• Communicates with terminal management to maximize regional equipment availability.
