Steel City Harley-Davidson, an award-winning Harley dealership located just 20 miles south of Pittsburgh, PA, has an immediate full-time opening for a Service Writer/Advisor. We provide training to help you advance in your Harley career and offer competitive wages, incentives, health and wellness credits.

Join a family of riders and customer-focused professionals who live the H-D lifestyle. Prior experience is preferred; Harley-Davidson procedures knowledge is highly desirable.

Formación

• Experience as a service writer or advisor in Harley‑Davidson, powersports, automotive is preferred
• Knowledge of Harley‑Davidson service procedures is highly desirable
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in fast paced environment
• Valid motorcycle license
• Weekend and holiday availability required

• Greet customers promptly and professionally on arrival
• Document customer concerns and motorcycle issues accurately
• Prepare detailed repair orders and ensure proper authorization
• Provide cost estimates and explain recommended services and repairs
• Update customers on job status using the texting service platform

Steel City Harley-Davidson, is an award-winning Harley dealership located just 20 miles South of Pittsburgh, PA. We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time Service Writer/Advisor. Steel City will provide you with all the training and skills needed to advance and be successful in your Harley career.

Key Responsibilities

• Great customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Accurately document customer concerns and motorcycle issues
• Prepare detailed repair orders, ensuring all service requests and customers authorizations are properly recorded.
• Provide cost estimates and explain recommended services and repairs
• Update customers on job statuses using our texting service platform.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service writer or advisor in the Harley-Davidson, powersports, automotive are preferred
• Knowledge of Harley-Davidson and related service/repair procedures is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in fast paced environment
• Valid motorcycle license
• You must be able to work weekends and holidays throughout the year.
