The Cole Family of Harley-Davidson Dealerships in Huntington is seeking full-time self-motivated service technicians with a customer-focused attitude. The role includes diagnosing repairs, communicating with the parts department, and ensuring efficient work on repair orders.

Qualifications

• MMI Graduate or 3+ years of Dealership preferred.
• Knowledge in all aspects of motorcycle repair.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsabilités

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Communicate with Parts department to obtain necessary parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Communicate with Parts department to obtain any necessary parts
• Communicate to service manager and service advisor any updates on timeline as well as completion date
• Communicate upsell opportunities to service advisor

Requirements

• MMI Graduate or 3+ years of Dealership preferred
• Knowledge in all aspects of motorcycle repair
• Own your own tools to perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
• Maintain technical qualifications by completing web‑based, in‑dealership training and instructor lead training.
