We are seeking an experienced Harley-Davidson Service Sales Associate (Service Writer/Advisor) for our Columbia, SC dealership or someone with Service Advisor experience and the ability to learn the Harley-Davidson way. This position greets our customers into our Service department. Good listening skills are a must.

Requirements:

• 2 or more years experience preferred.
• Must be able to conduct a walk-around with the customer to identify any potential service needs.
• Good communication skills and customer service skills are a must as well.
• Must be computer literate.
• Experience with TalonES is preferred but the ability to learn will be taken into consideration.
• Must have a motorcycle endorsement on your driver\'s license.
