Job summary

Freightliner of Hartford is seeking a Full Time Truck Service Advisor/Writer to be the face of our service department, guiding customers through repairs and service decisions. Our class 8 dealership in East Hartford, CT offers a team atmosphere and strong benefits while maintaining a focus on quality repairs for Freightliner and Western Star trucks.

Freightliner of Hartford is looking for a Full Time Truck Service Advisor/Writer to be the face of our service department when it comes to working with our customers on needed repairs. We are a Class 8 Truck Dealership in East Hartford, CT that specializes in repairing Freightliner and WesternStar Trucks along with other makes and models. This position is responsible for the following:

• Greeting customers
• Preparing repair orders
• Interacting with technicians on needed repairs
• Verifying warranty and service contract coverage
• Developing estimates & more

This position requires:

• Service Advisor/Writer experience (2-3 years)
