Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and route all incoming work; maintain communication with customers and internal departments.
• Greet customers and collect vehicle and customer information for repairs; invoice accordingly.
• Document customer issues and maintenance requirements clearly.
• Obtain customer signature and provide repair order copy.
• Understand warranty guidelines and approval processes during write up and repair.
• Set up payment methods and PO requirements; determine estimates as needed.
• Track progress of repairs and update customers on status changes.
