Responsibilities

• This role manages the receipt and flow of all incoming work and coordinates with customers.
• Greet customers, collect vehicle and customer information for proper repairs.
• Write up customer issues clearly and obtain signature on repair orders.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers; keep warranty knowledge up to date.
• Coordinate with vendors and warranty guidelines during write up and repair.
