ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Service Writer to generate accurate repair estimates, gather information, and present proposals to customers. You will build lasting customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering timely, measurable goals within expected timeframes.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma with 3–5 years in a material handling service environment and strong communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of experience in material handling service environment or similar.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office 365.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to source purchases.

Aufgaben

• Generate repair estimates for customers.
• Gather needed information – parts, outside repairs, labor, etc.
• Formulate proposals and present to customers.
• Support specialized product lines.
• Provide estimates to sales staff, service departments and customers within 24 hours of request.
• Maintain estimate records.
• Maintain good relationships with outside repair vendors.
• Promote company philosophies and Toyota Lean Management.
