Gregg's Mission Viejo Mobil Service Station in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a full-time Service Writer - Automotive Service Manager. The role pays $30 per hour to start, with base pay plus performance-based pay, and includes a regular Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm on-site schedule.

You will greet customers, estimate repairs, and coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure quality service. Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and a readiness to learn

THE BASICS:

You’ll work onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. All major holidays are paid and you'll have them off. As a Service Writer - Automotive Service Manager, you'll greet customers with a smile and help figure out what service their car needs. You will make repair orders, write up estimates, and keep the conversation clear between customers and technicians. You'll set up appointments, keep things moving smoothly, and make sure everyone gets great service. You'll learn new software, work with a supportive team, and help keep the shop running in a positive and fun place to work.
