Pape’ West – Portland, OR is seeking a Service Writer/Advisor to manage service orders and support customers in a fast-paced shop environment. You will open, maintain, and close work orders, assist in shop flow, and ensure an excellent service experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel and ability to learn new programs.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open, maintain, proof, and close service work orders efficiently.
• Oversee service and warranty work orders daily.
• Assist in shop workflow and check-in equipment for repair.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers.
