Atlantic Tire and Service in Durham, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will be the primary link between customers and technicians, explaining vehicle concerns, repair options, and estimates while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge with 1–2 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.

• Honesty, integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Team-first mentality and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers in person and by phone.
• Serve as the primary connection between customers and technicians, clearly communicating vehicle concerns and repair recommendations.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and accurately document customer concerns to support proper diagnosis and service.
• Explain recommended repairs, prepare estimates, and help customers make informed maintenance and repair decisions.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress, completion times, costs, and any changes requiring authorization.
• Uphold our high standards for safety, organization, and cleanliness.
