We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Writer. The Service Writer will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating all communication between customers and our service department to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with scheduling service appointments, explaining services, and answering any questions they may have
• Communicate with technicians to determine the scope of work needed for each service appointment
• Create accurate and detailed service orders for each customer, including estimates and timelines for completion
• Follow up with customers throughout the service process to provide updates and address any concerns
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure necessary parts are ordered and available for each service appointment
• Collect payment and process invoices for completed services
• Maintain accurate records of all service appointments, invoices, and customer communications
• Ensure all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
