Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is assisting a Tampa area automotive dealership in finding an Automotive Service Writer. In this role you will be the primary liaison between customers and the service department, coordinating repairs and delivering an exceptional service experience.

You will greet customers, create work orders, schedule appointments, and keep customers informed on status, timelines, and costs. A high school diploma and customer service or automotive experience are required.

• Basic understanding of automotive systems and service processes.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to explain automotive repairs to customers clearly.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Dealership management software experience is a plus.
