LandPro Equipment, LLC in Savannah, GA seeks a Service Writer to be the vital link between customers and our service team. You will open, manage, and close work orders, communicate timelines, and help ensure equipment is serviced promptly and accurately.

You will build strong relationships with customers and coworkers, coordinate with technicians and parts teams, and deliver a high-quality service experience every day in a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life of a Service Writer

As a Service Writer, you're the connection between our customers and our service team.

A typical day includes welcoming customers, understanding their service needs, and making sure everything from work orders to communication with technician runs smoothly. You'll keep customers informed, coordinate with your team, and help ensure equipment gets back up and running as quickly as possible.

Some days are fast-paced, others require problem-solving but every day gives you the opportunity to make a real impact.

Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: do the job right and take care of the customer.

What You'll Do
