LandPro Equipment, LLC is seeking a dedicated Small Engine Road Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery at customer sites across New York and nearby regions. You will travel to fields and farms, performing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs while keeping accurate service records.
Two-way communication with customers is essential as you provide recommendations, timelines, and ensure quality workmanship.
We’re proud to be a trusted John Deere dealer serving communities across New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania but what sets us apart is how we show up every day.
Our goal is simple, to be the most respected dealership by living our PRO values: Professionalism, Respect, and Outstanding Service.
At LandPro Equipment, our team members aren’t just employees, they’re PROs.
As a Small Engine Road Service Technician, you play a key role in keeping our customers’ equipment running and minimizing downtime when they need us most.
You’ll travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain small agricultural and turf equipment in the field. One stop may involve troubleshooting an engine issue, while the next may be preventative maintenance or an urgent repair to get a customer back up and running.
This is a role for someone who enjoys independence, hands‑on problem solving, and taking pride in fixing things the right way.
You’ll work independently in the field but always with the support of a team behind you.
Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: do the job right and take care of the customer.
At LandPro, we invest in helping you grow, not just do a job.
