LandPro Equipment is seeking a Service Writer to be the connection between customers and the service team. You’ll greet customers, understand service needs, and ensure work orders and communications run smoothly, keeping customers informed and the team aligned.

Daily work emphasizes problem-solving, clear communication, and delivering a high-quality service experience. You’ll build relationships with customers and coworkers and help get equipment back up and running quickly.

A Day in the Life of a Service Writer

As a Service Writer, you’re the connection between our customers and our service team.

A typical day includes welcoming customers, understanding their service needs, and making sure everything from work orders to communication with technician runs smoothly. You’ll keep customers informed, coordinate with your team, and help ensure equipment gets back up and running as quickly as possible.

Some days are fast-paced, others require problem-solving but every day gives you the opportunity to make a real impact.

Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: do the job right and take care of the customer.

What You Need To Be a LandPro Service Writer

• customer service, administrative, or coordination experience
• strong communication and organizational skills
• basic computer skills

It’s a Plus If You Have

• experience in service, automotive, or equipment environments
• general understanding of mechanical and technical terms
