Mobility Works in Madison, TN is seeking an experienced Service Writer to support the Service Department. The role requires multitasking, quick thinking, and the ability to manage parts, invoices, and vehicle stock during daily operations.

Responsibilities include answering service calls, writing work orders, parts ordering, stocking, billing, and ensuring compliance. Great for individuals with automotive experience and teamwork within a shop environment.

Competenze

• 1–2 years related Service Writer experience.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Computer skills sufficient for daily tasks.
• Mechanically inclined to support in the shop when needed.

We are searching for an experienced Service Writer to join our team in Madison, TN. The Service Writer position assists with all Service Department operations. To perform the essential duties of this position a person must be able to multitask, think quickly and make decisions on the fly, in addition the service writer must be able to multitask.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering service calls
• Writing customer work orders
• Assist Service Manager with ordering parts to complete service & sales work orders
• Receiving parts and entering them into stock
• Billing work and creating invoices for Service & Sales
• Checking in new and used vehicles and assigning them stock numbers
• Assist Service Manager with maintaining the lot for Sales inventory list

Minimum Qualifications:
