Palco Power Systems, a subsidiary of Scott Electric Company, a Western PA distributor of Kohler Power Systems, is seeking a Service Writer at the Jeannette, PA location. (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

1. Calling customers
2. Scheduling generator repairs
3. Scheduling generator routine maintenance
4. Handling billing issues

Requirements

1. Computer Skills
2. Prior experience in scheduling and repair
3. Mechanical experience preferred
4. Multitask and process-driven
5. Good communication skills
6. Must pass background check and drug screen
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Electrical knowledge is preferred

Candidates with electrical knowledge are preferred.

Must submit to a background check and drug testing.
