Job summary

Midas International, LLC is seeking a store operations coordinator to boost retail sales and service profitability by coordinating automotive repair transactions, scheduling work orders, and addressing customer inquiries.

You will present estimates, source parts, oversee work order prep, and respond to service concerns. The role includes training staff, enforcing safety regulations, and offering growth opportunities within the store.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year related experience in the automotive service business.
• ASE certifications as required.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Supervisory and management skills requested.
• Service diagnosis and technical skills expected.
• Business mathematical aptitude beneficial.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers
• Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers
• Oversee the processes of work order preparation and scheduling
• Respond to customer service concerns and problems
• Act in a store management capacity as needed on day-to-day operational activities
• Enhance the effectiveness of Human Resources and quality of service through providing training to service providers
• Monitors and control facility and asset utilization
• Enforce compliance with environmental and safety regulations and statutes

Responsibilities
