Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and consult with customers.
• Follow up on services requested and estimated times.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and prepare repair orders with parts.
• Present pricing estimates and promote shop specials.
• Lead and train the team aligned with company values.
• Supervise up to ten employees.
• Oversee inspections and repairs on various car brands.
• Perform oil changes, brakes, tires, engine work, A/C.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
