Job summary

Genesis of Cary is seeking a dependable, polished Full-Time Service Valet to join our team. You’ll be among the first faces guests meet, greeting them, directing flow, and supporting the Service team with parking, retrieving, and staging vehicles.

Expect a fast-paced, outdoor environment with standing/walking throughout the day. Prior valet, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required. Teamwork and safety are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles; manual transmission preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet service guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Direct guests to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area.
• Assist with check-in coordination and appointment verification.
• Safely park, retrieve, and stage guest vehicles.
• Help manage vehicle flow throughout the service drive and parking areas.
• Escort guests and assist with entry/exit as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized service drive and waiting areas.
• Provide shuttle service to designated destinations as required.
