Johnson Hyundai of Apex is seeking a dependable Full-Time Service Valet to greet customers, assist with vehicle arrival, and move vehicles around the dealership to ensure a smooth service flow. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean, organized drive and prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet Service customers promptly and professionally as they arrive.
• Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pickup.
• Safely move, park, stage, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles.
• Maintain organized vehicle flow throughout the Service drive and designated parking areas.
• Ensure vehicles are properly parked and keys are returned to the appropriate location.
• Assist Service Advisors and other department personnel with locating and retrieving vehicles.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional Service drive and customer arrival area.
• Provide courteous assistance and directions to customers as needed.
• Treat every customer vehicle with care and respect.
• Follow dealership procedures for vehicle movement, keys, and parking.
• Communicate promptly with management regarding vehicle damage, safety concerns, or other issues.
• Assist the Service Department with additional operational needs as assigned.
