Job summary

Genesis of Cary is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Full-Time Service Valet to greet guests, assist with check-in, and help move and park vehicles in our service area. The role supports the Service department and contributes to a smooth, hospitable guest experience.

Responsibilities include directing guests, coordinating check-in, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and maintaining a clean service drive. Prior valet/hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
• Safety awareness around moving vehicles and pedestrians.

Responsibilities

• Greet service guests promptly, professionally, and courteously upon arrival.
• Direct guests to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area.
• Assist with check-in coordination and appointment verification.
• Safely park, retrieve, and stage guest vehicles.
• Manage vehicle flow on the service drive and parking areas.
• Escort guests and assist with entering/exiting vehicles as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized service drive and waiting areas.
• Provide shuttle service to approved destinations when needed.
• Operate vehicles on dealership property and public roads safely.
• Communicate vehicle, facility, or safety concerns to management.
• Assist service staff with operational needs.
• Follow all safety and vehicle-handling procedures.
