Job summary

Genesis of Cary is seeking a dependable Full-Time Service Valet to join the team. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and safely park, retrieve, and stage vehicles while maintaining a welcoming service drive.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer-service skills, professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Prior valet/hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills are essential.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are important.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Direct guests to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area.
• Assist with check-in coordination and appointment verification.
• Safely park, retrieve, and stage guest vehicles.
• Manage vehicle flow on the service drive and parking areas.
• Escort guests and assist with passengers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized service drive and guest areas.
• Operate shuttle service to approved destinations when needed.
• Communicate safety or facility concerns to management.
