Job summary

Genesis of Cary is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Full-Time Service Valet to support the Service team. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and help move vehicles safely and efficiently, both indoors and outdoors, in varying weather conditions.

The role emphasizes hospitality, team coordination, and a welcoming guest experience, with opportunities to gain exposure to luxury service operations while supporting Service Advisors and dealership colleagues.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Good judgment around moving vehicles and pedestrians.
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles; manual transmissions a plus.
• Ability to frequently enter/exit vehicles and be active all day.
• Occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally on arrival.
• Direct guests to the Service Advisor or waiting area.
• Assist with check-in coordination and appointment verification.
• Safely park, retrieve, and stage guest vehicles.
• Help manage vehicle flow through service drive and parking areas.
• Escort guests and assist with entering/exiting vehicles as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized service drive and guest areas.
• Provide shuttle service to approved destinations.
• Operate dealership vehicles safely on property and public roadways.
• Report vehicle, facility, or safety concerns to management.
