Mills Auto Group is seeking an outgoing, dependable Valet/Porter for our service department. You will welcome customers, confirm appointments, and collect basic visit information to ensure a smooth transition to a Service Advisor.

You will move customer vehicles in and around the lot, keep them clean and damage-free, and assist with shop and lot custodial duties. A positive attitude, neat appearance, and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsabilités

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, directing them as needed.
• Verifies customer appointments and relevant information (name, VIN, tag, mileage).
• Helps with loaner vehicles and parks vehicles after they have been written up.
• Installs disposable protective coverings and tags in all serviced vehicles.
• Delivers keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking the vehicle.
• Retrieves vehicles for customers and thanks them for their business.
• Maintains a clean and safe service area by performing general cleaning duties.
