Kane Realty Corporation in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time Service Turn Technician to join our maintenance team. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, and general upkeep to keep our properties in top condition and ready for move-ins.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, 24-hour emergency coverage, coordinating special projects, grounds work, and pool maintenance, with weekend availability as needed.

Service Turn Technician

Seeking a full‑time Service Turn Technician to join Kane Realty Corporation, a Raleigh‑based company with significant growth potential. The Technician will be part of a team responsible for overall maintenance and all day‑to‑day maintenance operations.

Essential Duties

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting
• Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors and cabinets, walls, and building exteriors
• Make ready units for new move‑ins
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems
• Responsible for 24‑hour emergency maintenance (pre‑scheduled times)
• Available to work some weekends
• Perform preventive maintenance activities
• Complete grounds work such as picking up trash, sweeping, and light landscaping
• Pool maintenance
• Coordinate special projects as directed by maintenance supervisor or property manager

Job Requirements

The Service Turn Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees.

Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.

Education / Qualification
