Job summary

Kane Realty Corporation seeks a Service Turn Technician in Raleigh, NC to maintain multi-family properties and support day-to-day operations. You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC basics, and general repairs to keep units ready for residents and new move-ins.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to work some weekends. You will join a team focused on high-quality property maintenance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting maintenance.
• Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems.
• Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance (pre-scheduled times).
• Must be available to work some weekends.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping.
• Pool maintenance.
• Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor or property manager.
