Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. is hiring an Associate, Service Transformation to join our Concierge Optimization team. You will work cross-functionally to design, optimize, and implement processes, gather requirements, manage plans, and document decisions across multiple projects.

You will report to the Senior Director, Member & Provider Services and operate from Tempe, New York, Atlanta or Dallas with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
• 3+ years in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering or consulting
• 2+ years using data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python
• 2+ years end-to-end project management
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and procedures

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects
• Evaluate departmental performance and develop metrics with mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with partner groups for proactive implementation and risk management
• Mentor team members and support growth
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Handle other duties as assigned
