You will engage service drive customers, assess their trade-in needs, and present compelling exchange offers to upgrade to a newer model, with strong emphasis on trust and smooth sales handoffs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects by approaching customers in the service drive to discuss their current vehicle and potential sales leads.
• Engage with service customers to build rapport, understand needs, and establish trust.
• Evaluate customers' current vehicles and explain benefits of upgrading or trading in for a newer model.
• Present compelling vehicle exchange offers with a focus on Ford vehicles and current promotions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from service to sales, including test drives and appraisals.
• Accurately document customer interactions, trade-in evaluations, and leads in the CRM system.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with service customers to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
