Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist in Florida to acquire dealership inventory by purchasing customer vehicles. You will respond to incoming leads, set up appraisal appointments, and execute the We'll Buy Your Car payment process while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming leads by phone, internet and walk-in traffic.
• Sets up appointments for vehicle appraisal visits.
• Executes the We'll Buy Your Car same-day payment process.
• Reviews vehicle condition reports and inspects vehicles onsite.
• Interacts with customers throughout the day in-person and over the phone.
