As a Service Tender Specialist, you’ll be the architect behind compelling service proposals that support our advanced Power Quality and HVDC systems. From Service Contracts and Break Fix Repairs to Cyber Security and 24/7 Phone Support, you’ll help shape solutions that keep the grid strong, smart, and secure. How you'll make an impact

  • Engage with sales teams and customers to launch proposal efforts.

  • Interpret technical and commercial requirements with clarity.

  • Coordinate inputs from engineering, suppliers, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and competitive proposal submissions.

  • Validate creditworthiness and manage legal and commercial reviews.

  • Maintain and improve proposal templates and documentation.

  • Provide seamless handoff to project execution teams.

  • Lead continuous improvement in proposal quality and efficiency.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in engineering, sales, or proposals in Power Systems.

  • Familiarity with High and Medium Voltage systems and maintenance practices.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of commercial and legal terms and conditions.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
