What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Oversee $150-200M in annual direct spend and manage four direct reports
2. Execute a new Vendor Management Inventory program and collaborate with cross-functional teams
3. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
4. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize activities and meet quality standards
5. Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes and quality concerns

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or 10+ years of experience in supply chain management
2. Proficient in all Microsoft products, especially Excel
3. Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
5. Excellent communication and people skills
