Job summary

Frontier Foundation is seeking a Field Technician to join our team in Tennessee. You will help homeowners by solving foundation and concrete issues while delivering WOW customer service and maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities include loading materials, traveling to homes in the company vehicle, performing installations with approved methods, and keeping the vehicle and worksite clean and organized. Training, tools, solid pay, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability.
• Ability to travel based on business needs; all travel is planned out in advance.

• Load necessary materials, tools, and equipment onto the company vehicle for each assigned job
• Travel to customers’ homes using the company vehicle to perform installations
• Consistently uphold safe and organized work environments
• Unload and clean the company vehicle upon returning from each job
• Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods
