Job summary

Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is hiring a field service professional to meet with customers, perform inspections and warranty follow-ups, and install small projects. You will drive a company vehicle, travel as required, and complete maintenance tasks while ensuring customer concerns are fully resolved.

We offer solid pay, benefits, and robust training. Commission potential is present, with earnings between $70,000–$80,000 annually, plus travel accommodations and fuel coverage for work.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Willingness to travel based on business needs; travel planned in advance.

Your Impact

• Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual inspections or warranty follow-ups, install small projects, and preform annual maintenance.
• Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through consistent follow-up.
• Recommend products or services to enhance or improve the original installation or address potential issues.
• Suggest additional products and services, offering complementary solutions to help customers protect their most valuable investment long-term.

What You Provide

• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl
• Strong listening and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to travel based on business needs; all travel is planned out in advance
