Job summary

Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Service Technician to visit customer homes, service existing systems, perform inspections, installation work, and maintenance while delivering WOW service. You will represent a growing company focused on quality and customer satisfaction in the Tennessee region.

You will need a valid driver’s license, physical ability to work in crawl spaces, and readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Able to fit and work in crawl spaces and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to travel with business planned itineraries.
• Strong listening and follow-up skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform inspections, install small projects, and perform maintenance.
• Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through follow-up.
• Recommend products or services to enhance or improve the original installation or address potential issues.
• Suggest additional products and services to protect customers’ investments long-term.

• Suggest additional products and services, offering complementary solutions to help customers protect their most valuable investment long-term.

What You Provide
