Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Service Technician to join the Minneapolis team. You will perform necessary service work on windows and doors, meet customers, and ensure safety and quality in every visit. Reports to Installation Manager and collaborates with Lead Installers and Trainers.

Schedule: Mon–Fri; Location: Minneapolis, MN. We offer a full-time W2 role with overtime opportunities, comprehensive benefits, company-provided tools, a vehicle and drive time coverage, and a defined career

Qualifications

• Exceptionally strong attention to detail.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.
• A sense of pride in your work and an unwavering commitment to our customers.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers, take visual tour of service area, keep customer apprised of service progress.
• Perform service on customer's windows and doors in a safe and effective manner.
• Review service completion with customer and secure required signatures.
• Leaves customer location in a clean and safe appearance.
