Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and grow a dynamic team of Installers, delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences. You will be a Leader, Motivator, and Coach, supported by our GM, trainers, and operations teams.

In this role you will oversee installation operations, develop processes for warehouse and pre-installation measurement, and drive KPI-focused performance to ensure profitable, high-quality customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in the installation, construction, and home remodeling industry.
• Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.

As an Installation Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by leading and growing a dynamic team of Installers. You will play the role of Leader, Motivator, and Coach with the support of our General Manager, Installation Trainers, Customer Service & Operations professionals, and all levels of regional leadership.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:
